How you're billed for dropshipping with Thieve.

Your Thieve subscription (Supply Dropship or Supply Pro) is billed through Shopify. When you install from the Shopify App Store and choose a plan, Shopify processes the recurring charge through Shopify App Pricing and the Shopify Billing API, and you manage it from your Shopify admin.

Because Thieve is a product sourcing and fulfillment app, you pay the cost of the products you sell plus their shipping. These cost-of-goods charges are paid directly to Thieve and sit outside the Shopify Billing API, in line with Shopify's product sourcing requirements.

You top up a Thieve wallet to cover product and shipping costs. Top-ups are processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider, and your balance is drawn down as orders are fulfilled. You can top up at any time from your Thieve account.

Every product shows its supplier cost and shipping before you order, so you always know exactly what you'll pay. There are no hidden fees on cost of goods. You pay the supplier price plus shipping, and your Shopify subscription separately covers access to the app.
